Leeu is a experimental music producer and live performer residing from Johannesburg, South Africa.

The Barbary Coast Ep, Leeu explores a more Downtempo narrative, having incorporated a variety of traditional African and Eastern world influences, blended with his personal field recordings, touches of analogue synthesis and samples from recent travels and experiences, he dives into new sonic territories, Leeu´s music is heartfelt, always enriched with a deep understanding of groove with clever composition and a refreshing yet authentic approach to electronic music.

He paints a story heard throughout each track, having collaborated with an array of musicians and producers including, Bassa, Mig Madiq, Fortune Shumba , César on production//Trombone, and Harry Leathersby on guitar.
